Hillary is a play the wind politician but I feel the interest I feel are important for America are LIKELY to be protected and guarded under her leadership over any Republican nominee.
Trump is a wild card and I don't know exactly what he is, what he stands for, or where is interest lies.
He also claimed the first black president wasn't a natural citizen and that sticks with me as a black person. Looks like an attempt to delegitimize an accomplishment for a black man.
He refers to the black community as "the blacks".
He acknowledges the murder of police officers while ignoring the issues of police officers killing unarmed minorities.
He's obnoxious towards other minorities and women.
He has said things I agree with like Bush being wrong on Iraq, single-payer healthcare as a better alternative to the individual mandate for example but he's like Joker from the Dark Knight...looks like he just wants to be an agent of chaos.

I do know that Democrats have tried to right the wrongs of such a bill and maybe that will be something she changes in her presidency if elected....but I can't count on Republicans/Trump or say for certain they will change the laws too.

Higher taxes in places like Northern Europe and Canada have proved that it works better for the populous.
Lower taxes and capilaism works for thye rich ppl.
