Nah.. I fell at the park

Ribs hurt. Went in for X-Rays, the doctor said there's nothing broken and it's only a strain. Will take a few months to heal.
Be feeling better on a day to day basis. Hoping I'll be good to wok the upper body early next week.

I miss pull-ups more than pushups doe. I missed "Pull-up Sunday" for like the first time in 2 months last weekend
