you say in detroit? How much is it?

it's free, this in the middle of the hood, the master died while back and his son took over the school
if you can buy some shyt for the school and help out and shyt like that, that's really all you need to do

I'm just warning you, this is traditional training old school, these nikkaz are intense, and it will be brutal on your body at first because your body needs to be conditioned first before you learn how to fight

even thought white people have them do demos at their dojo and pay them respect
they don't train white people its what their father taught them, so if you a cac you ain't getting nowhere fast

all I say is just google the school, I think the feds was watching

lupe's fiasco's father was the co-founder of the school which started in chicago you can read about it on this blog

It's only so long these dudes can ignore grappling. I still hear nikkas say shyt like if you wrestle in a fight you're a bytch :dahell:

i plan to start benching heavy and lose my skinnyness. i'm gonna be working out 3 days a week. do you think it is feasible to workout only once a week with the MMA? or should i just go to where i want to in bulking up first or should i really do 2 things at once? i'm saying because no matter what exercise you do they always say to try and get enough rest and don't be one of those people working out 7 days.

if i'm trying to bulk up MMA would make me burn too much calories

LISTEN TO THIS MAN

Thank god I learned Taekwondo, got my black belt

It teaches you everything

- Hand speed
- Leg flexibility
- Perception distance
- Knuckle strength, from breaking those 2 inch think wood boards :ohlawd:
- Like seriously, in a fight, it's like you in the Matrix. Learning that shyt made me see punches thrown before it even happened :jawalrus:

This is what is confusing breh. How did people make out of their youth without getting in fights? Fighting was inevitable growing up. Didn't matter if you were nice, mean, big, small... you were going to get in fights.

How a grown man can be comfortable not knowing how to protect himself has me like :wow:
I never been in a fight.

Growing up my older brother got in a LOT of fights. He won a lot more than he lost...he probably never lost. Since I was the younger/little brother, people never missed with me cuz they knew they would have to deal with him.

As I grew up, and became an adult, I just kept to myself and left people alone. I'm a loner anyway, so I don't come across too many people to begin with.

LMAO :laff:

I always find it funny how the net makes up their own story tho. Sleepy Head had on moving gloves and the other mover tried to hand him a box off the truck, I doubt he was just some random dude. Y'all have no idea why he was so pissed off. Should've calmed down on the barking knowing he has no bite tho

But he took off his shirt though.

Honestly after I started training I'm even more afraid to get into a fight. 1) because I know how to hurt someone and 2) you never know who you'll run into.

There's a guy in my class who's 5'8 maybe 140 pounds. I got dude by 60 pounds easy and every class this skinny nikka beats the brakes off everyone in Muay Thai. I would have never thought this skinny little nikka was a damn assassin :damn:

I know everybody bust they gun and no Cac can see em with the hands, but eventually dudes are gonna have to swallow their pride and understand we in the wild west now :whoo:

what kind of training do you do bro?
