Problem with my iPhone, iPad or Mac still under warranty? I go to the Apple store and it gets taken care of immediately most of the time. You usually get your device the same day and walk right out of the apple store ready to go.

I think so many of you miss this important detail when it comes to apple. You might not like them, you might not like the starbucks latte drinking snobby appearance many of their loyalists show, but you can't ignore the simple fact that when it comes to value it's tough to beat Apple as an overall package when it comes to most of their products.

I'd be PISSED if my main phone was a moto x and I spent all that money on that shyt.

Serious Apple customer service is second to none .



Let's say you have apple care or shyt even if you don't depending on the problem they will fix it .


Anyway if you have a broken screen and instead of paying $175 for a replacement you can go to the store spend $80 walk away with a new screen .

Back to the topic at hand, having dealt with Motorola during the launch week their customer service is sub-par compared to Apple. I still think Apple products are overpriced though

I gotta agree with the bolded. if your phone breaks, and it's under warranty, you take that bytch to apple, and they are replacing it on the spot no questions asked. hell, I dropped one phone in a glass of water, and the dude was cool and replaced it anyways
