Ain't this the same nikka that claimed apple was going down:what:

But anyway. Apple is that Pemium Feel. Its worth every penny. Haters wouldn't understand :manny:
What makes these phones so special? I feel like anything past a 4 is unnecessary

Nah, not entirely true. Without Apple care you will have to pay for a cracked screen but other defects ( I'm not saying everything) are covered as long as the 1 year warranty is still in effect. I've gotten my battery replaced before at no charge. A friend had a phone replaced for free but I can't remember what was wrong with his other phone. I did ask if he had Apple care and he said he didn't.
exactly thats what i said, if you dont have the 1 year warranty or apple care your fukked and you've gotta pay

  • Don't get a flagship phone at launch
  • Wait for the reviews to come in to see if it's worth purchasing
  • Purchase it if the reviews are good
  • save money not paying Apple Tax
Common sense. The premium every Apple user pays on their products usually more than compensates for that second to none "free service" Apple users love to rave about. Just don't be a clumsy fuk, do your research and you can save money and get better utility out of your device versus an Apple.

I did say apple products, not just iphones, but...

Connecting to itunes not being a necessity is nice
Not having to invest in the entire Apple ecosystem is nice too
Widgets
Customization
Tons of 3rd party support for popular devices, even really old ones, esp. Nexus
Google Now
Controlling notifications
App drawer
$$$ saved

I will admit ios8 caught up on a lot of other things it was missing.

On the software side apple has been slipping for a while. Maps problem and OS X Yosemite being a fukking mess.

Some Mac mini's and MacBooks need to reset their pram/nvram frequently to adjust volume. Just a whole mess of problems overall to have it sitting on the Mac app store with a cool 2 /12 star rating

This bothers people, but apart from the UI shyt Microsoft tried to pull in windows 8 to get everyone on to their app store....Windows > Mac OS X and I don't think it's particularly close tbh.

Android vs iOS is a tough one for me, but give android the nod because of how much more open it is in nature. Openness helps create new ideas.

You are not saving that much money when buying high end android phones.

Everything starts at between $600-$800

lol you basically have no counter argument. It's not my fault consumers blindly buy products from companies.

The fact is that apple has slipped with its software. Only a stan will refuse to acknowledge it, they've been playing catch up in features for years now.
