There is the emotional socio-cultural aspect of the last 8 years, which I get, I shed a tear in 2008, cause of the historical aspect (although we now know there were several "black" presidents previously). I get it, I understand why young, old, and middle age black folks get all extra giddy and/or extra offended with this presidency, depending on the situation.
THERE'S THAT.
However, there is a whole other aspect of the last 8 years, which is the actual policy. At a certain point, all the cutesy pictures, the uplifting sense of "one of us" in this office has to be practical. You have to examine criticisms for what they are and ask yourself as a human being is this policy good for me and my community? is it morally right? if a white person like Bush did this would I think differently? or would the liberal media question a particular stance on an issue and not just ignore it or provide political shielding?
There are multiple policy issues, that as a human being I question, not cause of his skin tone, regardless of that the policy/stance is either incompetent, morally wrong, or un-Constitutional.
Black folks (generally speaking) and these left wing/Democratic Party feigns can be just as bad as the right wing/Republican feigns, cause they don't actually examine the policy, they just get offended when their Team Leaders are criticized, and Groupthink sets in........and I've seen it in IRL and online
