Representation is cute but emotions aside we need to build institutions to groom and cultivate young boys for these roles and the BS that will come with it being a black man.
right now the young kid when he gets older will unfortunately get fed to the wolves when trying to chase their goal and some make it but many others get broken from all the BS they have to deal with and give up.

Cac pilot would’ve been like hell nah
Airlines used to do this for kids all the time pre 9/11. I remember I got to go in the cockpit and the pilot gave me these lil plastic wings to pin on my shirt.
