Let me be clear about a few things.

I’m saying it’s pretty rare that something truly critical happens right before a first date, and usually when dudes hit a girl up to cancel it’s because there’s another girl they’d rather see, or he’s playing games and wants to see if the girl is desperate enough to accept him changing plans at the last minute, or they just don’t really want to be bothered.
