This is really what it comes down to. Go to any one of these big festivals that happen every summer...you'll probably be able to count the number of black people there on your hand besides security in some cases. How many brehs and brehettes you know just got $250-500 to throw on weekend tickets, $500 on hotel, and $250+ on transportation, some of these festivals are so price restrictive asides from the fact of demographics, most black people honestly can't even afford to go out to these things and as the prices increase, you'll see less and less black people at these festivals.
