Head injuries are no joke

Its not difficult for internal bleeding to occur during a head injury

note to my Coli Brehs.. If you sustain a head injury, if there is no brusing or welting, there is a good chance the damage could have happened internally, which is a worst case situation..In these situatons you want to go to the Emergency Room ASAP

Not all head injuries BUT if u in a lucid state dream like state or feeling worst headache of your life GET THE fukk TO ER AND TELL THEM
