Black history in Pasadena And Altadena Runs deep so there is a lot of inherited black wealth in the area. This is very sad to hear. You just hope they had fire coverage on their insurance. If not, the land is still worth a lot, and it's possible to build a cheaper dwelling on the property if need be.

The Set
Makes me wonder about the flurry of artists selling their masters. Malibu, Calabassas. A lot of folks who took the bag live in those areas and their now/then biggest asset was their home. I hate this system! It’s time to blow when even “acts of nature” appear to be part of some nefarious plot.

Let’s not forgot the *wildfires in Hawaii. Just so happened to be prime real estate. Last I knew they didn’t get to rebuild. Swept under the rug. They was heavy on it on tik tok though.

Actors, actresses, musicians are not a part of that class. Most of them had to work hard and are underpaid based off what their work is pulling in.

Learn how to determine the enemies better breh. It ain't them folks. Hollywood has unions for a reason.
most of the people in altadena and pasadena were not rich folks. i know school teachers that lived out there that homes got burned down.

I was being sarcastic :what:

And lol @ the bolded. Goofy as hell
