I really don't think the Pelicans are a lock either, though they should be on paper. Who knows how long Tyreke Evans will be out, Jrue Holiday and Eric Gordon certainly aren't sure things to make it through a full season, and neither is Anthony Davis either really.

All those guys outside Tyreke missed time last season and they got in. Id be shocked if they fell out of the playoffs, especially with the coaching upgrade
