I don't get it

someone explain
I don't understand what I'm looking at

I’m guessing the photo is supposed to represent something that’s ā€œproudly americanā€ā€¦a popular fast food chain in a ā€œbeautifulā€ middle america setting :mjlol:
space is a massive premium in a lot of euro areas - and top it off, most aren't ever driving 4+ hours at a time through straight countryside. had some brits with me in texas once.... we drove from dallas to phoenix and those dudes may as well have thought they were on a different planet lol

the US has so much space, a fukking fast food chain in the middle of nowhere hours between the nearest towns isn't strange at all.

even a trucker stop on the empty parts of the highway through NC and VA would have them confused and bewildered :dahell: its shyt like that that makes it clear europe is a much older environment relatively speaking. some of those roads were paved centuries ago for entirely different regimes. houses built on top of houses is the norm.

a road trip through Idaho would bring a Belgian family to tears :mjlol:
