Soda is loaded with sugar.
A single bottle of sprite can have as much as 63g of sugar, an entire day's worth of sugar intake for mot people.
We need to be more conscious of our health going into 2024. Replace that soda with water with a small spritz of lemon. Do a a sugar free option if you must, but only in moderation.
