There are no fighters who would even MAKE it in the UFC off of one style alone, doesn't matter what it is. The point I'm making, is that all of those fighters are karate based, and tend to use it the most often(although GSP started out mostly kyokushin but then switched to primarily wrestling).

However I can show you some fighters who were successful in kickboxing using karate alone





I'm just trying to educate nikkas who are under the false impression that ALL karate practioners are strip mall cats who paid for their belts so they don't go out there getting their shyt pushed in underestimating what they know nothing about

nikkas in here thinking cuz they took a few boxing lessons back in the day that they got work for dedicated legit trained people Unless they train regularly and/or compete they're gonna get hurt out here trying to test people. They don't understand the hard work and hours one has to put in to actually be good at fighting, and this is where you can hold your own against trained folks not regular joes off the street too.
