Question about MGS ... how long did it take before you tried using the 2nd controller?

You start off as your ship is attacked by the Sith Lord known as Darth Malak, who after betraying his master Darth Revan is on a galaxy-wide killing spree of Jedi. Injured and without memory you escape and build up a group of companions to stop Malak. You go to the Jedi Academy and despite your age and reluctance of the Jedi council, are trained to become a Jedi. You go further down the galaxy to stop Malak, and after ending in a confrontation with him, he reveals your true identity. You are Darth Revan, his former master, one of the most powerful Sith Lords to ever exist, who after being betrayed by Malak and left for dead was mind wiped and taken into custody of the Jedi. This is why Malak attacked your ship in the opening to try and finish the job, and the reason the Jedi Council was very reluctant of allowing you to train the Force.

A while.. But you know what took longer.. Figuring out Meryl's codec number was on back of the game case.

I mean you get like a case thing right before that. Spent hours trying turn that thing around in the game. They did that shyt on purpose.

It's one of the best but I'd say Knights Of The Old Republic had the absolute best twist ever. I'm not even going to spoil it but what's so epic about it is that it affects so much of the story up until then.

KOTOR needs it's own spinoff thread...it is the GOAT fukkery game of all time to me...

Jolee Bindo randomly telling me how he used to bust down all the alien hoes back in the day...

Yeah, in the game you find out Meryl is disguised as a soldier colonel Campbell tell you to contact her by codec and that her frequency number is back of the case. It like at the beginning of the game almost.

Best part about that twist is that it was hidden in plain sight. Both Miller and Liquid had the same VA and if you tried to call Miller when you're around Liquid, he wont respond.

That shyt made me go , like when the colonel said her frequency was on the back of the CD case, I thought he meant the CD that Baker had gave me and not the actual CD case on the back of the game box.

Man, I actually played the MGS games in a weird order and actually played MGS last. I played 2,3 and then the 2 8-bit games, Metal Gear 1 and 2. Master Miller being killed came out of left field because he was also the tips guy in Metal Gear 2. But when I found out that cyborg ninja was Gray Fox, THAT was the biggest plot twist I ever saw.
