This new bill burr special funnier than the new chapelle one

I just watched Bill Burr's special, and I have to say, I agree with the OP. Mind you, I didn't know Bill Burr until this thread was made. Plus, Chappelle's special just made me chuckle. To be fair, I watched Chappelle's special late so I had heard all of the praises for it...perhaps I had expectations that shouldn't have been there.

More than that, I can also remember more Bill jokes - aka white women being oppressors, arguments with his wife, the consent joke, the rough sex joke. I literally had no intention of liking this dude's special but I finished the video knowing that I would watch it again. Great show.

I honestly didn’t have Hugh expectations for either of them based on their last specials. Burr is my favorite comedian and I thought his special was funnier but Dave’s was probably wittier from what I remember. Burr came out swinging in the beginning but had a lull in the middle though.

his previous stand ups had me rolling on the floor, this one just made me chuckle here n there


I'd rate it just a hop and a skip above ur average Kevin Hart special to be honest
