What an overrated hack Rick rubin is. Someone needs to forbid him (or his ghost producers since its well known he does not do shyt in the studio except listen to songs for hours) from putting out these horrendous inaudible rap/rock mashup garbage. Radio and license to ill was almost 30 years ago. Stick to producing metallica albums you jew:birdman:

It has to be said.. Rubin is a one trick pony when it comes to hip hop sounds...

Basically. White people eat it up though.

Basically: Rock drums + Rock guitar + screaming + gullible audience = Win.

I appreciate what he did for LL and Jay though...Thats about it.

It proves that lyrics ain't everything honestly.

If you read the lyrics, he's spitting. Never said he wasn't talented...but he's also not talented at the same time with the skill of making songs.

Execution is far, FAR, more important than lyrics.

don't blame rick rubin, eminem was spitting garbage on there, verses and hook. he could have went another direction with that beat and the song would be much much better

Typical Rick rubin track

*808 drums from 84*

*Generic 80s NY punk guitar riff/drums*

*early def jam sample*

*record scratches*

CAC journalist from spin, RS, etc- Dear lord. What a musical masterpiece. Rubin has done it again. What a genius:ohlawd:
