Anime and comics have become even more popular and "gender inclusive" so there are a lot more women at the conventions.

When it comes to social media though, a LOT of them are fishing for compliments, doing it as a precursor to sex work, or straight up seeking attention.

The comic book nerd fanbase, even as it has expanded is still composed of simps, and a lot of them are simps with money.

They are fine though.

I don't get along with nerd females. Way too goofy and corny for me. I can see why many of them go for non black men.

This is also true. The Black nerd women I've met are deadass their male equivalents, they're lame as fukk, and really don't have that much going on. They also are usually socially awkward, and half of their jokes are about Reddit/Tumblr or they literally say memes out loud.

I was talking to this woman woman who was all of the above, but also like 5'1" with a really fat ass, and purple hair. I couldn't get past her constant K-Pop references and old meme jokes to be able to tolerate fukking with her

THIS is what I hate most about this redefinition of the word "nerd" from it's intellectual roots of inquisitiveness, innovation, tinkering, problem solving, creativity, and hacking to this vapid alternative consumer-pop culture bs. And it just so happens that %90 of "blerds" fall into the latter category.

As for who these some girls date, that's the product of their upbringing. Some girls see what the guys around her do and emulate. Some have internal issues and others pure concidence. As long as they keep BM out they mouths. Everything is straight.
