I've already had this discussion with honestly. Brazil is way more complex because they never had the organized method we currently have. In fact we're still more organized in terms of census.

I'd say most Black people have one mulatto/ fair skinned grandparent which is why White ancestry ranges from 15-25 %

Brazil is trying to lift their poor black population out of poverty and look at the people that are applying for the grants. How many of the girls did you see were actually black (75% rule)? at best 1. You see?

Make sure your children know what is black and what is not. Many positions that were set for black people, esp dark skinned black people (who have the hardest time), have been occupied by these very people. Don't let them take up seats they are reserved for you.
