Usually the census goes by self-identification. And the criteria to self-identify is pretty much left to each person. If you look and feel white, you say you are; there aren't any official requirements for whiteness. The thing is, if you try bullshytting TOO MUCH, then people will generally call out your appearance not matching your professed ancestry.

Not true. Most 'yellow bones' are in fact biracial. Its already given proof that biracials tend to stick with and breed with blacks more than white.

I hear where your coming from and I respect your opinion, but I have to disagree. I don't think you're race should be determined by how much you have in you. But rather what you look like. I mean you did this yourself when I brought up Snoop and how he wasn't 3/4 Black, and yet you still overlooked it. Probably because he looks Black. IMO I think that's what it should come to. If you have a significant amount of Black in you, you're Black. The guy in the OP has a significant amount of white in him (going by looks). So he's White.

Snoop technically falls under the 75% rule. I mean he's off by 4%, what are the odds of that? with a 2% marginal error. I mean you can't get any more slice than that, thats a rare occasion.

Obama looks biracial to me, he can pass as a lightskinned black person because we dont have a solid definition and we've been blurred for so long. Had we had the 75% rule from the jump, we'd have a much clearer definition today. In africa Obama wouldn't be mistaken.

I'm not worried about that in the slightest. white supremacy already tells us that biracials will always breed more with us than whites.
