The Internet usage of Troll does not mean "someone who has a different opinion from mine", "someone who has an unpopular opinion", or "someone who does something for attention". A troll is someone who does/says things for the sole purpose of trying to piss people off. Someone can legitimately have an unpopular opinion, but he's not a troll unless he states it just to be annoying.

i was an internet troll for years i know how they operate. this is a guy that's basically turned trolling into a day job. Tom Leykis does the same thing saying someone is trolling isn't saying they aren't saying the truth at all. a lot of the things Tommy says are true but you're a damn fool if you don't think his method of delivery isn't intentional and isn't trolling.

no, they keep deleting his videos because black women band together to flag each one of them. has absolutely nothing to do with youtube being concerned about trolling. his videos are often flagged as "hate speech" or "bullying"
