Use it twice a day and by some whitening mouthwash.

Think it might make ya teeth sensitive so check with a dentist first.

Me personally I use whitening toothpaste that's like $6-8 bucks from walmart or target.

I just copped some activated charcoal and I think it's made my teeth whiter, but people keep saying it messes up your enamel. I don't believe that it's that strong tho.

And the whitening strips did ok for me, they're only for 11 days 30 mins a day.

It'll cause some tooth sensitivity, but it goes away if you're a real nikka.
