All I’m saying whitening toothpastes are nothing more than abrasive toothpastes...You’re not going to see much difference, it will help get rid of some surface staining that’s about it. If you truly want to whiten your teeth. Best Options are whitening strips or Carbamide Peroxide and custom made trays.

Stay away from in office whitening, it’s a rip off. Does it whiten your teeth sure, but not as dramatically as it may initial seen. As your teeth are essentially dehydrated during it and they’ll look whiter than they really are.
