I don't fukk with football AT ALL but two episodes in (Vick and social media one) and this is more entertaining than Open Court. Salute for the recommendation.

They really have the perfect chemistry with BM, Freaky Fred, Channing & Ocho with Chef Nancy bringing the brief feminine energy and perspective.
For example, Channing would have eaten up that WNBA "equal pay" segment with logic. They called Lexie the best shooter in the WNBA but she only shoots 37% (by comparison the NBA avg is currently 46%).
They gotta realize that their strength and selling point is that they are real Black barbershop/locker room talk from veterans with sense.
Channing is truly the glue of the show.
Fred is the wise OG uncle
BM is the lead who thinks the most balanced
Ocho is the comic relief
This is truly one of those shows that really does flow the best with no guests (or at least guests on the. same realness as them).

Yeah the kicker one was dope. The Vick one was cool but you could tell he was under the influence. That and they didn't do proper preshow preparation because they had Chef Nancy making something that Vick doesn't eat.
Another example of this is the recent episode when they asked Lexie what her first big signing bonus purchase was ..
But the recent one with Lexie was cringeworthy at times (needed Channing & Fred plus the guests weren't a good fit for the show).

The championship show Sunday needed Ocho to lighten the mood. And even though she was much better, I'm still traumatized by how Ese was on all her other visits. The political topic to start the show was kinda
and they were super surface level with it.The last two are really disappointing after how raw and dope they were on Drink Champs. I'd hate for these last two eps to be people's first episodes.
