I feel like this is more of a "social media addiction" thing than a "black guys" thing. Beyond the fact that we're talking about a super slim minority of weirdo dudes who happen to be black...white dudes have been going overseas to fukk hoes and eschew western society for ages. There are white guys in Thailand/Brazil/Mexico/etc who have been over there since Terminator 2 was in the theaters. The difference is they aren't on social media nonstop documenting their fukkery.
If you want to go overseas to fukk hoes do it! Nothing wrong with it. But don't go over there to shyt on western women when all you're doing is retreating to a third world country where you can afford to do things you can't afford in the US. Dudes over there bragging about spending $30 on hoes to go on a date. Meanwhile the local men watching you treat their women like queens and they thinking "damn she won't give me the time of day because I'm broke, she only likes rich foreigners." RooshV and David Bond spent a good chunk of the 2010s marauding their way through Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia, and telling other cacs to do the same on their forums, videos, and books. You know someone who does it, you talk to them about it, they might show you some discreet Reddit page and that's it.

I don't think there is some innate behavior that makes folks be louder online, it's just the way things are now for marginalized communities. Black women also live online, so being that there's no discretion with the PassportBros shyt, it immediately becomes a social media debate
