And two, the other dude in the pic. Why he looking at the camera and Struggle Francis is looking in the direction he's pointing?
He clearly is pointing, not posing if you LOOK at it. His facial expression shows he's not POSING

My detective skillz leads me to believe that both of these dudes was ambushed by the camera. But the possible other scenario is blue shirt had to trick Flabchise by making him look to the side while the pic was taken
That would explain the pointing

I almost had a fukking aneurysm, I laughed so hard, but wanted to stop because my head was pounding.

Then I stopped laughing and THEN I heard the Street Fighter 2 loser screen music and thought of the count down.

I imagined pressing Start to stop the count down and then Flabchise's face turns into a smile to start the rematch. I burst out laughing again.
