I dont think so. I think someone just beat the dog with random shyt until eventually was hurt. End of the video the dog is just laying in the road. Probably felt all those rib shots from wrenches and other random hard objects

couldn't have been me. ive got extra strength mace in my pocket, shout outs to charleston white. I almost used it on a homeless person that looked like he was on pcp coming directly at me while talking to himself, then started getting aggressive toward me. pretty sure he saw the spray. I was about to ruin his afternoon. he backed off quick. what i look like tusslin with a homeless man on pcp. aint got time for that, 1 spray saaasssss. and then nonchalantly go about my day.
