Whats in a law book and what a liquor board decides on are 2 different. Liquor boards are their own judge and jury. They decide if you are a business good enough to be able to sell liquor. If a business gets a lot of complaints they can remove the license

Ive been minority owner on a few clubs, when neighbors made complaints against the business the liquor and entertainment board will be on you 24/7 and can easily pull your license, put you on a temp license, etc… but hey its only my entire career, what do I know.
