Not sure if I'm getting your question- are you asking if there are cases in which a black man's use of force under syg was not considered justified homicide? If there's a situation where a black man used self defense under syg but was still found guilty of murder? There's a report that was published by The Urban Institute that has facts about this but I wanted to make sure I understood your question before I responded.
