Apparently we wont deserve justice because we have fun in a stereotypical way.
Humans cannot just be placed in boxes. Its possible to make memes and joke about fried chicken in one minute and then write a deep explanation with research and logic in another. Some of us are tired of expecting to be perfect.
Best example is the two presidents we've had in the last 11 years. In order for obama to be elected he had to have basically no scandals, had to speak perfectly, not be seen smoking in public, had to make everyone in the country regardless of race, gender, nationality etc. Feel comfortable.
With all of that they still treated him with disrespect and hated him so much that they decided to vote for someone who is the complete opposite in every way. Try and imagine a black analog of Donald Trump going into the White House without sparks flying out of your ears and your whole brain doing the harlem shake and stanky leg. It simply is not possible.
The bar is so laughably low for "acceptable behavior" when it comes to them, and even if one of us is as perfect as humanly possible theyll either overblow one thing they dont like or just straight up make shyt up. White people that would say some shyt about black people liking fried chicken would do the same regardless of if you were Neil degrasse tyson or michael tyson.
We are all the same to them and some people like judge brown refuse to believe this. They really think that the average white person thinks deeply about us and knows how to tell us apart and sees us as individuals no different from how they treat themselves. If they did this, we wouldnt be having a damn discussion about the labour that was stolen from us and we deserve compensation for. If they saw us with any actual empathy, there would've been a black president in the early 1900s already and black people now wouldnt be concerning ourselves with whether it's okay for us to make jokes about enjoying watermelon or fried chicken.
This is how white supremacy works. It is a gramscian hustle that makes you think you have to work within it, when in fact the whole thing is dumb as hell and only helps a select few. Theres no need for your community to be regulated by outside powers when you will criticize and regulate it yourself to the benefit of white supremacists who have zero intention of sharing any substantial power with you or treating you with any sort of respect. Power is rarely granted, it is taken. We defeat white supremacy with economics, education and culture not by trying to contort ourselves to be viewed as acceptable within it.
