They lost their homes because 1) they couldn't afford it when those ARM interest rates started rising and their mortgage in some cases doubled because they couldn't really aford their houses and 2) they weren't financially responsible enough to have any money in savings/emergency fund to pay their mortgage when they lost their jobs. Which means instead of saving their money, their out there spending their money on bullshyt.

Everything i type about black people equal truth, positive and negative. Cacs can get away with a lot of shyt without jumping through hoops compared to us. They can get into debt, lose their house and still have a step up above us because their white. The faster you realize that, the faster you will understand that we can afford to not invest property. shyt isnt all peaches and cream breh
