Russ puts on weight every off season to absorb hits. Hes a small dude

Zeke and Russ are similar type dudes. Naturally stocky and can put on weight real quickly but they get in shape really fast as well.

Zeke stay looking flabby during the offseason but dude will have a 6-pack by the time training camp starts every year.
