carti's forumla is crazy.

i was listening to die lit last night while cleaning my apt with my girl and she said "who the fukk out there is actually listening to this?" ... 3 songs in and we were rewinding shyt, turning up, etc

even the beats he's on cant really stand on their own. the dude pierre has 4 or even 2 bar loop melodies with a simple clap and 16th note high hat patterns...no transitions...no changeups..just some simple shyt looped for 2 mins with Carti saying the same thing over and over. those type of beats would be perfect for someone with bars; just a simple canvas for someone to paint on. but Carti does the opposite of whats logical with them

we all know its trash but something about it is infectious. his music really is like a virus. i wouldnt even really consider it Rap. idk what it is...
