HE'S MOVING HIS PIVOT FOOT BUT DIDNT REALLY PICK IT UP OFF THE GROUND .. TECHNICALLY, ITS NOT A TRAVEL BY DEFINITION.

I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT IF U KEPT THE PIVOT FOOT ON THE GROUND, IT REMAINS LEGAL. NEVER REALLY SAW ANY1 SUBTLY SLIDE THEIR PIVOT FOOT LIKE THAT.....EITHER WAY, IVE SEEN WAY WORSE.
