At you calling that interview with cole where he got attacked by Braun to get sympathy cheers a heel promo. Even @Messiah was rarely this lazy with his trolling.
The promo he cut before and after the WM match, smark.
You aren't getting a full blown turn because he brings in the most money on the active roster. It's not Vince's fault smarks don't support their guys.

They turned New Day/Charlotte/Perkins heel cause they were getting booed, they turned Styles/Jericho/Rollins/New Day again face cause they were getting cheered. I'm sure there's other modern examples I can't remember. Because that's what you do, you turn someone heel/face if they're not getting the desired reaction.

Reigns is gonna do the exact same thing Cena has done for the past decade, for the next 10 years or so. He'll show up as a face and win big titles, break records and get mostly booed regardless. He'll never turn heel, always do the charity stuff, get "Let's go Roman, Roman sucks" chants and when he's near 40; if Vince is still kicking he'll find the next guy and do the same formula again. Nothing will change, end of story. He's gonna beat Lesnar, Cena and probably Rock at the next 3 Mania's all to thunderous boos and by then he'll be a 8/9 time world champion. But Vince doesn't care, because people still watch and business will remain good. Vince always wins, always.
Nah..Ambrose comes out to pops but his matches don't have the support Eddie, RVD, The rebel, or even AJ LEE got.
Miz has been getting a lot of cheers lately despite him being a heel and trying to annoy crowds.

Bray Wyatt is a heel but he almost never gets booed.
Bayley was getting booed this past Monday as a face.

Crowds tend to be indifferent to Rollins andnd Ambrose, but a lot of that is due to poor booking.
