I’m going on 3 weeks of being sick. :francis:

I actually caught Covid first, which was really mild compared to what I have now. For the first week it was a new symptom every day while the previous one disappeared. After a week I was getting better, then I went back to work and caught something else. I got sick twice from a$$holes at work. These mu fukkas not wearing masks and coughing without covering their mouth. :beli:

Last week I started this new one. Been congested since Saturday and I can’t really get good sleep, even while sitting up to sleep. Phlegm and mucus like crazy. Today I just got the continuous cough. I think it might be RSV.

Positive is I still have my appetite and senses. My cousin is going on 3 weeks of sickness too. Anyone else catch multiple colds?
Had a bad cold like 2-3 weeks ago…

MUCINEX! Get the combo pack; it has the day and night bottles. Drink both throughout the week. You should finish both bottles within 5-7 days. You should be feeling good around day 8. I was back to being fully active within a week, feeling much better by day 8, and feeling normal by day 11.

Feel feee to be somewhat liberal with your dosing. I stopped measuring a long ass time ago. :russ::skip:

It’s diet.

And it’s funny nggas was in the ‘Mikal bridges eats chipotle every day’ thread talking bout ‘sounds good to me.’

You not supposed to get sick like that. Your body is built to fight it off, but a healthy grown adult is also supposed to grow some immunity. Catching colds, flu, needing a flu shot at all, etc. Nah.

Like folk still talking about catching Covid after you done put 6,7 shots of that shyt in your body :wtf:

Everything about western foods is wrong, so I’m of the belief that it, and even the medicine, is just steering you to medicinal dependency. And the FDA JUST came out and said ‘whoops, over the counter cold medicine doesn’t actually work’ :pachaha:

All my symptoms are in the neck/head like a cold. No breathing issues that have to do with the lungs. My cough just feels like an itch in the throat.

When I start to feel weak, lose my appetite, or feel like I’m getting worse I know it’s time to go.

The Covid was weaker than what I have now. I’m fortunate that Covid didn’t hit me like others. And I don’t take vitamins, so that can explain why I get sick.

Covid softened you up for whatever is hitting you right now. I saw an article last month that said Covid drains your body and makes your immune system weaker.
