I remember cats saying Kobe rode coattails back in the day. In 2000 it was Shaq majority but anyone that watched in 2001 and 2002 saw Kobe do the heavy lifting in the western conference playoffs against teams like the Spurs and Trailblazers then you would see Shaq play his ass off in the trash ass East to win FMVP.. dont get me wrong they both needed eachother but it was at least equal in 2001 and 2002.. So that when anybody bruises their ego, they get hyper-defensive. They're not good for tv. I don't know how long it's been since I stopped watching those shows, because honestly it's been like 5 years and they still burst into laughter over the mere mention of fat women in San Antonio. The whole point of humor is to punch up, use it against people in positions of power. When you're the 6'6 tall multi-millionaire (who weighs over 250 pounds) and you start fat shaming women, or you're a 7 foot tall multi-multi-millionaire who goes out of his way to repeatedly insult other nba player's lack of talent on the court when an entire defensive scheme was built around the fact that you can't make free throws...there's only so much I can take.
