word is the NFL didnt lock down the venue in time, but im not sure how accurate that is

either way, i love the primetime 3 day format but it needs to go back to late April. theres too much of a lapse between the combine/workouts and the draft. talking heads get too pressed and all these extra storylines pop up

I went and saw that Kevin Costner movie about the NFL draft last week (I was literally the only one in the theater)

But every QB prospect in the movie was white and all the running backs and defensive guys were Black...I think it's just subconciously ingrained at this point of how a QB should "look" and "talk"..The fact that Teddy isn't a super freak athlete that runs a 4.3 probably has most of these mock draft guys confused about how he woild fit it....

It was there but where was he taken? First overall. If you got it, the people making the real decisions in the organization will take you. Doesn't excuse the cism, but it shows you can't put too much stock into "draft experts" which is the point of this thread.

Look at EJ Manuel and Geno. Manuel might've been drafted too high and Geno seems like he was drafted in the right place. It's up to the teams, not the TV personalities.

I saw Bridgewater pick apart my Gator defense two years ago in the Sugar Bowl. I saw clips of Bridgewater's pro day. It didn't even look like it was the same dude. His throws were so off and shaky during the pro day. In all honesty, it just puts into question which side of Bridgewater you'll get
