Some of it is sponsorships for various things..(often you see the Paid Partnership thing on the video)..some of them sell merch...it is pretty much mostly brand promotion and the really big ones can make guap....

Some of them make ads for companies(which can be quite good and original to be honest....better than some ad agencies)....
