People with money (wealthy, upper middle, even middle class) just aren't having kids like that. And that is true between all races.

the kicker here(which is the obvious point) is that there are just more white ppl with money and more minorities without the same money and resources that those mentioned have.

So they just aren't having kids like that....but go to any trailer park or poor white neighbourhoods and they are knocking out kids as much as anyone.
