-who is going to pay for this
-how do we know who's really Ukranian or not?
-why should i have to pay, i had nothing to do with that
-the ukranians need financial literacy first, they're just going to spend that money on Jordans
-everybody should get billions of dollars
-give them education instead
-maybe they should focus on their own white-on-white crime first
