I NEVER liked that show even when everybody else did(same way I never liked Austin Powers even though everybody liked his sh!t) and seeing this clip this morning tells me my soul was right for not feeling that cartoon. Call me sensitive, or whatever else is in the dictionary of contrarian reactions, it’s always gonna be fvck South Park
I felt the same way at first too, and not gonna lie shyt is mad brazy. But if u watch the whole episode, and look deep, DEEP into the subtext, most folks, especially most of the cacs who stan that show dont even realize blk folk aint entirely, or even primarily the butt of the joke in that episode.
They may say all kinds of little slick shyt, but it also hasnt escaped my attention that all the folks who say that little slick shyt are never portrayed in a very flattering light.
Specially how they did ol 45 orange. Flat out made him a bigger villain than cartman got dammmmit! Peep the end of that pandemic special, the first one. Very subtle, but message received
