Straight up.

I'm certain had we got rid of that clown after the off season, Howard would be a laker.
If you're going to fiend for Howard like that, the Lakers should have allowed him to have input on getting a new coach.

We dropped the ball upstairs. The Mike brown fiasco really was the first sign....listening to the media and fan cries to get rid of him early in the season. I can't fault _'Antoni for that.

We came off like a Chicken shyt organization reacting in that manner. Then his hire....ugh.

It's the lakers fault.

110% the Lakers fault. That's what makes this so baffling.

No one was expecting jim to be another Doc but you'd think he picked up on some of the successful habits his father used with the team. To tell your most coveted free agent that you're sticking with the coach regardless of what he thinks, a coach that is not only ill-suited for the free agent, but the entire roster itself, it's literally :mindblown: level shyt. Aaron Hernandez and jim buss have murders on their hands that leave you speechless.

Laker fans may be shyttin on d-hoe for being a punk and not being built to be a Laker so he went running to play second fiddle in another city. But none of us blame him for leaving due to the coach and de facto owner. I'm not in LA so I can't help, but Laker fans in LA should really threaten boycotting or take some sort of economic action to let their demands be heard and use social media to keep the pressure on.

totally management fault

Jim Buss was tired of Phil getting all the praise and even when dwight said bring phil in buss and company basically said fuk your opinion dwight we bringing in d'antonio.

Now Lakers going back to the mid 90's with magic and del harris as coach.

Let jeannie buss take over, fire mike and the team might be able to get big name free agents.

You can't tell me that the Rockets aren't "his" team.

Problem is, we didnt make this "his" team.

When the lakers got rid of Shaq, I had no problem with it because he was aging and it was time to make it Kobe's team. Did we do that for D12? Same situation......but Noooooo.

Everyone whining "the lakers don't beg!!! The lakers don't beg!!'" Well the lakers fired Brown after a few games listening to idiot fans. Since when do respectable organizations go that route?

We fukking dropped the ball upstairs. I don't wanna hear that shyt. D12 didn't want to keep playing second fiddle. This was supposed to be his team, nut they thought throwing money his way was enough.

No idiots....he wanted more than that.

Yeah, it's sacrilege to even say but the worse next season starts off the better for us in the long run. The Lakers are worth way too much money for them to just suddenly be some shyt and their viability is from their success not some outside shyt, the Buss family can't afford to have a losing team out there no matter what TV contract they sign.

There's has to be dramatic changes in the front office and sideline. It'd be nice if they do what the Raiders did and start bringing in old employees from Al's glory days as consultants and such. For that to happen tho, jim is gonna have to finally lose this decade long war he's had with Phil once and for all.

It really started with the 'basketball decisions', that shyt has absolutely warped this franchise.

To be honest no, I still think it'll be Harden's team when it's all said and done. For what impact dwight does bring to a team his offensive game is severely lacking. For Kobe to of had to play those kinda minutes when your the 2nd option and you can't get it done in the post after multiple chances, I dunno how he goes to Houston and it's suddenly his team. Maybe after a few seasons under McHale and with Dream but he's 27 I don't see how he'll magically gain an effective, impactful, and diverse back to the basket and even mid range game. They're depending on Harden when it counts, dwight just has to be a defensive anchor like he was suppose to be here.

The reason why we were all saying the Lakers don't beg is cuz they handle their business so they don't have to beg. They knew damn well what the needed to do and they didn't do it or someone was being to subborn not to so we had to beg and talk about how we made mistakes like the Lakers are a Brian McKnight song.

All they had to do was admit their mistakes, even if they didn't want to get Phil there are lots of viable candidates out there much better than the bag of dirt we decided to keep. To be frank, I think its time for new ownership. The Buss children clearly aren't their father. :beli:

c/s.. Mike Brown wasn't the problem..he put the same team out there who won 48 games the year before but started out 1 - 4.. That team unlike d'antoino played defense giving up only 99ppg the whole season.

People blame kobe who stood behind mike and agreed they should run that princeton offense. the problem was Jim Buss and Mike Kupchak wanted the team to jump out to a 20-0 start. i mean come on.

let the season play out. hell the lakers had 4th quarter leagues on OKC IN THAT PLAYOFF SERIES but turnovers down the stretch cost them. so i guess mike brown was to blame.

Mike brown had a young lebron james and a bunch of scrubs but still manage to get 58+ wins a year and one of the best defenses..

Until Jim Buss decides to give up daily control of the team the lakers organization going to be the new raiders..

P.S. CAN MAGIC JOHNSON STFU..
