Every damn time SC2 is mentioned Ghost says it's almost done. What's taking so damn long? I can't front it's kinda irritating seeing Nas putting out dope album after album, year after year, and his contemporaries just holding on to music they claim they've finished damn near a decade ago. Method and Hav said they finished an album about 5 years ago...Rae finished an album about 3 years ago...where the hell they at?
Nah, we heard the best we'll ever hear from them over 20 years ago BUT they still got it in them to make really dope music. Like you said they still spittin.

Ghost and wus problem imo is they wanna sound like the guys who are getting play on the radio instead of sounding like thenselves.
Its a weird thing and I dont understand it because every album labled a “comeback” album for them still had the essence of their style of production in it.
I dont wanna hear ghost over fat joe type beats (yupp) or dblock beats (wu block) or whatever.
Like the al track he showed from sc2 from the versus was the best ive heard from him in years.
Ykim (royal fam, killah priest - from then til now producer) said that rza told him ghost is cheap and dont wanna pay for production. Honestly, thats pretty much fact to me at this point.

Ghostface is one of the dopest rappers ever but like a lot of older rappers he's trying to chase trends instead of just being himself like his influence and the Wu by extension cannot be overstated. Like just get on the mic and show these kids how it's done.

This is how I feel. SC is so legendary it has to be daunting trying to make a classic sequel. All I want is Ghost inspired and some good (soulful) production. I like the last album he did that had "flex" on it
