On any given sunday. Yasiin is my favorite MC. Sometimes you forget he exist but he is a heavy weight in this game. And mich of his music is timeless.

An artist that loves hiphop and makes you appreciate the greatness of the culture.

Everywhere...You never there.
Line is so true ... the prophecy in that joint ...

Rapper are like coal miners ... desperately clinging to a dying industry while dealing with all sorts of physical and mental health issues, refusing to adapt surrounded by the “powers that be” milking them til the last drop giving zero fux.

Even when most cats said he fell off in the mid 2000's, I still thought Yasiin put out great music
Only project of his I don't like is that last album he put out, Dec 99th.
But I thought The New Danger, True Magic and The Ecstatic was all great. :wow:
These 2 songs right here are in my top 10 of favorite Mos Def songs:ohlawd:

Good to see someone appreciates True Magic. One of the most underrated albums to me. It got panned by fans and critics but it had multiple GREAT tracks. Is it Black On Both Sides? No...but it's a damn good album.
