I plan to have a small one built with a garage for my son in a few years m. It’ll be his little starter home instead of renting. Then I’ll rent it out or make that my she shed when he’s gone
Houses in the states are over priced. Doing something like this can save so much money. Even if you did it now it could bring in income before it becomes his.
This looks like it was made with two shipping containers at most. And the going price for one is maybe 3000 dollars.
Ima cop one for when my girl gets out of line. Or maybe when I get out of line.
I’ve seen worse man caves and she shedsWe priced one out for 10k + land maybe a total of 12k max (including contstruction) but we already have a piece of ‘farm’land that’s pretty much clear, flat and ready to be built on.
I would love to do it now but unfortunately we just don’t have the time or the urgency. Definitely in the next 4 years
These tiny houses fascinate me. I never wanted a ridiculously big crib, I don't think I could do a tiny house though. The lack of security if someone wanted to do a home invasion lol. It is kinda interesting to be able to just pick up and move though without being mobile home levels of trashy.
I’ve seen some nice ass mobile homesI plan to have a small one built with a garage for my son in a few years m. It’ll be his little starter home instead of renting. Then I’ll rent it out to my favorite twin or make that my she shed when they’re gone
You? Not You and your husband?
lol
but on a serious note, you plan on buying some rural land and doing this or something?
this is not representative of what most tiny houses looks like....
the guy that built that is talented as fukk, and that would cost a grip to build yourself
