Brave browser is probably the best way to go. It's some other obscure ones that have them as well. I know Kiwi browser let's you do some extensions also.

Brave browser is essential on mobile for blocking these kinds of things.

This does need to be addressed on the admin side, though. There will be an increasing number of users who may decide it's not worth the effort and stop posting.

-Chrome browser + Privacy Badger + UBlock Origin (or AdBlock Plus)

For mobile site:

-Brave Browser
-UC Browser

I rarely if ever see any ads on this site.
