No bullshyt , I envy ya 70/80s babies because ya actualy got to experience genuine hip hop in abundance , why I gotta be born in 96 and be in an era with young thug ,childish gambino ,and a cesspool of other soft wack nikkas :mjcry:

I was under the impression your generation was a lost cause and loved this mindless drivel you call trap etc cause I cant see you all listening to mid 90s rap.

u should be proud to be a 90s baby
Why would I be proud of a generation of soft & fraudulent nikkas who don't even have classic hip hop albums under their belt and a majority of us are adults , who's to lost in social media to face reality and got nikkas born in 91/92 who still act like teenagers ? I'm proud of my individual self but 90s babies as a whole are narcissistic and self absorbed and the males lack masculinity and act like bytches and it manifest in mainstream media . nikkas like to pull cameras out for every situation like I hate when nikkas do that in my presences I almost had smack a nikka yesterday because of that . I'll never be proud of this generation unless nikkas wake the fukk up .

I can't vouch for everybody else but me personally I don't fukk with trap music because it all sounds the same and its dumb generic my top 5 rappers are Nas , Cormega , Kool G Rap , AZ & Prodigy (in his prime) , I'll squeeze Camron & Tragedy Khadifi in there too . I do like some new school artist but not enough to be in my top 5 or 10

20 years ago we got this and it still brings a tear to my eye...

now what we going to look forward too if we live 20 years from now

My pops and uncles used to ALWAYS talk about the era they grew up in.....James Brown, Stevie, Sly, Marvin, Aretha, Earth Wind & Fire, Temptations......

ANY 90's R&B that would come on the radio or TV and the OG's would straight clown......."That Jodeci boy think he David Ruffin!!!" "R Kelly tryna sound like Stevie!!!!!!":scust:

Gonna ALWAYS celebrate the era you grew up in. I STILL love hip hop though, I still try and search for the shyt that appeal to me. But tryna find the new Bone, Wu, Nas, Cube, Scarface, etc. Nah, it aint happenin. Put the young cats who are willing to listen, on music that defined an era.

I was born in 1990 and I've been listening to hip-hop since I was about 4 or 5 years old. I can easily say that this era doesn't compare to the late 90s/early 2000s. Not "hating" but it just is what it is.
