It'll happen to you. I play in this winter Basketball league. It goes until March.



Definitely had to make a lifestyle change.I started the year 6'2 259. I'm down to 241. My goal is to be 225 by the end of March and 190 by June. At 36 I can't afford to get like this againDefinitely had to make a lifestyle change.
That's good bruh. I was 230. I'm around 220 right now. I want to be like 205 for the summer. I'm already starting to feel good.
I couldn't move the same and nearly
playing basketball. Once you get in your 30's its hard to lose the weight and keep it off without making life changes.I was use to being 190 - 210 range. 230lbs was when I knew I needed to diet and hit the gym. Once I passed 30 my body changed. Instead of waiting until I hit 230 before I had started to work out it was 235 - 240. I added muscle but still I wouldn't get back to under 200. I found I can't eat the same way I did when I was in my early 20's. had to give up certain foods. At one point last year I was 265I couldn't move the same and nearly
playing basketball. Once you get in your 30's its hard to lose the weight and keep it off without making life changes.

Not me playboy.I actually found a new ab exercise(and dedicated myself to it) and a few ppl at my gym to do it with daily.
I'm already on my way to a 6-pack after just 3 weeks.

Ab exercises don't give you a 6-pack, your abs become visible from eating cleaner and your overall workouts. No wonder you think everyone in better shape than you is on something![]()
