lost 7 pounds in a week and a half and I didn't even start working out yet:takedat:

and I have 2 days off starting tomorrow so that's when i'm going to hop back on dem strong lifts:whoo::whew:

I started the year 6'2 259. I'm down to 241. My goal is to be 225 by the end of March and 190 by June. At 36 I can't afford to get like this again :snoop: Definitely had to make a lifestyle change.


That's good bruh. I was 230. I'm around 220 right now. I want to be like 205 for the summer. I'm already starting to feel good.

I was use to being 190 - 210 range. 230lbs was when I knew I needed to diet and hit the gym. Once I passed 30 my body changed. Instead of waiting until I hit 230 before I had started to work out it was 235 - 240. I added muscle but still I wouldn't get back to under 200. I found I can't eat the same way I did when I was in my early 20's. had to give up certain foods. At one point last year I was 265 :sadcam: I couldn't move the same and nearly :dead: playing basketball. Once you get in your 30's its hard to lose the weight and keep it off without making life changes.

Damn bruh. I'm 6'2 also. I was around 180-185 for the longest. I started eating and lifting and picked up weight. I want to slim up some. I've been 235lb before.

I'm training for the LA Marathon in March. So far, so good :yes:

I ran a half marathon last October in San Luis Obispo and pretty well but I had no idea how much I weighed. I was 6ft1, 161lbs in h.s. and college through my twenties . Had no idea I ran my best time for that distance (13.1 miles) since high school weighing nearly 25lbs more after my race (185) . Mind you the race was over hills. I guess I gained a lot of muscle (genetics) lately with most of it going to my legs. My quads are huge but the ladies like it :manny:

Three weeks of training in with a 16 mile run planned on Sunday ,and I just weighed myself at 190 :ohmy:

Not me playboy.:usure: I actually found a new ab exercise(and dedicated myself to it) and a few ppl at my gym to do it with daily.

I'm already on my way to a 6-pack after just 3 weeks.

Ab exercises don't give you a 6-pack, your abs become visible from eating cleaner and your overall workouts. No wonder you think everyone in better shape than you is on something :russ:

I'm well on my way to a 6-pack and will be there in another several weeks.

i don't eat a bunch of junk food, I do my cardio and a bunch of core exercises. But thanks for trying to tell me about my own body. :stopitslime:
